Actiontec 1000 setup for remote access?

Anybody have a step by step setup for remote access and a Telus Actiontec V1000H?

Port forwarding is confusing and quite different then any of the other instructions I can find. I'm running a F18910W and Windows 7 / Firefox, Router set to "NAT". No problem accessing the camera from within the network but can't seem to figure out how to do a remote access.

I'm having the same issue. Camera works with internal IP address, but not with the external IP. I also have the Actiontec V1000H Telus router. If I figure it out, I will post here. Please do the same. Thanks!
